The Training Committee provides:
- Training for pastoral, evangelistic and missionary work
- Courses designed to meet the needs of the churches of the Association taught where necessary at regional level
- Tuition leading to College and University awards.
The committee is also responsible for the operation of the Irish Baptist College through which the vast majority of the training courses are taught.
